II Unsere Firmenphilosophie Für alle verpflichtend: Der Kunde steht im Mittelpunkt Der Kunde ist die wichtigste Person für unser Unternehmen, egal ob er anwesend ist, ob er schreibt oder anruft. Er ist nicht von uns abhängig, sondern wir von ihm. Er stört uns nicht bei der Arbeit, sondern ist in Sinn und Zweck ihr Inhalt. Er ist kein Fremder, sondern ein lebender Bestandteil unseres Geschäfts. Wenn wir seine Wünsche erfüllen, tun wir ihm keinen Gefallen. Er tut uns einen Gefallen, wenn er sich seine Wünsche durch uns erfüllen läßt. Er ist keine Nummer, sondern ein Mensch aus Fleisch und Blut. Mit Eigenschaften und Stimmungen, wie auch wir sie haben. Er kommt nicht zu uns, um Streitgespräche zu führen oder seine Intelligenz messen zu lassen. Aber er hat das Recht, seine Meinung zu äußern. Er legt uns sein Wünsche vor. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, diese Wünsche sowohl für ihn als auch für uns gewinnbringend zu erfüllen. If we comlpy with his requests, we are not doing him a favour. He is doing us a favour in letting us fullfil his wishes. He is not just a number, but a person with characteristics and moods, just like us. He doesn’t come to us to argue or to partake in a combat of intelligence. However, he has the right to voice his opinion. He presents his case and requirements. It is our job to fullfil his requirements profitably - for him and for us. Il cliente non dipende da noi, ma noi dal nostro cliente. Il cliente non ci disturba durante il nostro lavoro, ma lui é l’obiettivo e la ragione per il nostro lavoro. Il cliente non é un estraneo, ma un componente vivo dei nostri affari. Se noi soddisfacciamo i suoi desideri, non gli facciamo un favore. Lui fa un favore a noi, se ci permette di soddifare le sue esigenze. Il cliente non é un numero, ma un essere umano fatto di carne e sangue. Ha delle caratteristiche ed umori come l’abbiamo anche noi. Il cliente non viene da noi per fare dibattiti o per misurare la sua intelligenza. Peró lui ha il diritto di esprimere la sua opinione. Il cliente ci sottopone le sue esigenze. È il nostro obbligo di soddifare queste esigenze in modo fruttuoso per ambedue le parti. Con cualidades y estados de ánimo, como nosotros también tenemos. Él no se dirige a nosotros para mantener discusiones o medir su in teligencia. Pero, tiene todo el derecho a darnos su opinión. Nuestro cliente nos muestra sus deseos. Nuestra tarea es cuplir éstos de forma provechosa tanto para él como para nosotros.
